Luke Berry
Luke Berry discovered offshore racing in 2015 with the Mini Transat, a true training ground for many sailors. He then continued his journey in Class 40, first with an optimised boat and later with a new build. In 2023, supported by his partners, he took a significant step by moving to a multihull: the Ocean Fifty. In 2025, he begins his tenth year as a professional skipper.

Luke's 2025 racing schedule
In 2025, on the Ocean Fifty Series circuit, the program includes four acts, with the highlight being the Transat Café L’Or (formerly Transat Jacques Vabre). The legendary double-handed transatlantic race will depart from Le Havre on October 26, heading for Martinique.
Before this major event, the Ocean Fifty teams will have the opportunity to warm up in several crewed Grand Prix races, starting in June, first in Saint-Malo and then in Concarneau. On July 26, they will also line up at the start of the Rolex Fastnet Race (Cowes – Cherbourg-en-Cotentin), this time in a double-handed format.
Marketing Director at Dubarry, Michael Walsh commented that “We are very happy to support Luke and wish him the best of luck and fair winds for the upcoming season.”.
