Extended returns Period
Orders between 1st November and 25th December are eligible for extended returns period, up to 1st February, 2025.
Exchanges
We do not offer a separate process for exchanges. If you wish to exchange your order for a different size, colour or style, you should return your order for refund, and place a separate new order, through the website.
Returns
Purchased from a Retail Store
Under consumer law, if you purchased your item from a retail store you must return it through that store, irrespective of the reason for the return. Your purchase contract is with that Retail Store.
Purchased direct from Dubarry on the Web
If you are not completely satisfied with your order from Dubarry we will refund the cost of the item within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all labelling and swing tags intact. You cannot be refunded if this is not the case.
